XBox: Is it possible to remap buttons?

When I go to options, I see the controller with the assignments, but couldn't find a way to change it. Am I missing something, or is this not possible?

The console does allow remapping the actual buttons but not by game

pizzaow✭✭✭✭Ugh, thanks @NewBlacksmurf ... I've been using a similar controller (Razer Wildcat), but I was hoping I could get rid of buttons I don't use (cycle quests/toggle first person) and replace with something else (like tab target / command pet or synergy).
Oh well, another thing to add to my wishlist of console additions :-/XBox/NA GT: Pizzaow1
