PC Alliance war infinite loading screen

For the past couple months (Since I started playing PVP) I have had issues that occur maybe once every 2 hours or so where whenever I die and try to resurrect at a keep ill enter a loading screen that remains infinite, and as a result im forced to force close the game and reopen it. This occurs to me only in cyrodill, and has happened between both my DC and AD character that I used.
