Questions regarding master writs

I have two questions regarding master writs (I finally started to get some):
1. Can the attunable crafting stations that you can buy with the writ vouchers also able to craft regular, thus non-set, items? If so, I don't need to use vouchers for regular crafting stations.
2. Are master writ vouchers character based or account based? In other words: if other characters of mine will also do master writs, will the vouchers be put in a shared balance, or linked to the character that finished the writ?

I can't help with the first item but this one I can.

Vouchers are character based, so you want to do all your master writs on one character. You can decline the master writ when you get the pop-up box after opening normal write reward containers, then it will place the writ in your bag, from there you can bank it and withdraw it on the character you want all the vouchers on.

Thanks. My other characters aren't that far yet, but I wanted to know beforehand.
