Where to buy kits?

Probably the wrong section, sorry. I'm wanting to do some PVP and do some solo stuff like scouting and wall repair as well. In EP, where do buy that stuff? Someone in zone told me but I still couldn't find the merchant.

✭✭✭✭✭They're sold from the siege merchant, either the main gate (where quest boards are) or any siege merchant at any keep/outpost/resource.
Just to clarify, the board are to say which is the main gate (North for EP) not that the merchant is located there.
I know EP gate siege merchant is north gate, behind the general who gives scroll quests.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver
