Have a master writ quest requiring the recipe I mentioned. I have been doing provisioning writs on 4 characters for 7 months, and couldn't acquire it through daily writs, made me doubt it being on the loot table. Is it a lootable item in wrothgar? Tried looking in guild stores with no luck, majority of guild stores don't even carry any drink recipes. I am on PS4-EU, if anyone have it for sale, I am willing to buy.

✭With One Tamriel, if you are playing a CP150+ character this recipe will drop potentially anywhere there's a suitable container. The problem now is that the loot tables are further diluted with Homestead furniture recipes, so specific purple provisioning recipes are harder to find.PC-EU0
