"Craft a Damage Magicka Poison IX with following traits:"
Lingering Health
Restore Health
Ravage Magicka

btw, this is a lot of trouble to go through for 2 voucher points, but at this point I just want to know if it's possible.

I know all the reagents and have mixed and matched a lot. I've also used a couple crafting websites to try and mix and match. Can't figure this out.

Never mind, someone in game helped me.

    It's a tool tip error.

It wants Damage health and poison damage, not Linger health and restore.

You're gonna need the passive that allows you to use three reagents.

Look for a reagent with all three traits, and if you can't find that find one that has two of them.

Then you'll need to find one that has two of the traits, one different if the first only had two.

The last reagent need to have the missing ones, so one trait if the first had three, or two if the first only had two.

    Hopes this helps.

Edit: Ah dammit, you sniped me >:(

    Try the following:

Scrib Jelly + Butterfly Wing + Blue Entoloma - disolved in a Alkahest

It increases the cost of the 'victim's' Magicka ability by 60% for X seconds.
It deals Y Poison Damage per sec to the target & restores Z Health per sec to you.

There might be other combinations that work too.
    Good luck. o:)

Yeah, someone had helped me in game figure it out and that's what the combo was.

I was having trouble with the fortify/lingering health part not matching up in my head as I went to craft it, but once I tried it out, it didn't matter that it was bad instead of good, it still counted. The tool tip just had me thinking about it all wrong I think.

Thank you guys for the help though, that was the hardest two voucher points I ever earned.

Funny thing is, once I completed this and then had like 11 or 12 points saved up I bought one of the Hlaalu Furnisher Documents and opened it and it vanished and gave me no recipe. So that kind of sucked. Put in a ticket, hopefully they can fix it.

That is a shame about the Furnishing Document; I have not experienced any problems so far.

With respect to the IX Poison Recipes, I am keeping a note of the ones I complete successfuly. Only trouble is that I sometimes cannot make out what I have written - dhah!

Another tip I have found to be useful is to keep the left over potions in my inventory. I keep them in the junk column so that I do not sell them by mistake.

If another writ turns up - and I have completed it - then it will show up on the quest marker as having been part completed. That narrows down my searches and it means that I only need to make one new batch of potions instead of two.

Happy mixing and stirring. Or should it be shaken and not stirred? o:)
