Launcher problems

I have played this since release and never had a problem until I decided to take a break. I reinstalled all is fine until I start the launcher. Every single time the game wants to install again and says I have not enough disk space. The game is already installed. I have been browsing other similar problems and trying all the suggested fixes at which none seem to work. I am at a complete loss. I have tried reinstalling etc and nothing works. Anyone any ideas how this may be fixed? Hopefully someone will come up with a fix that I havent tried. Thanks.
