Eso random crashes

Since the last patch, my game keeps crashing, I have tried almost everything to fix the problem, deleted settings, addons, it's a clean install of eso and same with the windows 10, I'm running 64bit and the latest amd drivers thats not amd friendly but I can't see it crashing the game.
Every time it crashes I send a report as well.
Is anyone else having this problem? It's starting to really bug me let alone cost me a lot of gold in game...
