Disappearing gold as its put into the guild bank.

I can not find a bug report in game and I don't feel comfortable posting personal info in the bug report forums to get it resolved. So I'll just post what happened and the approximate time.
I opened up the guild bank and since the guild I wanted to put the gold into was not the default one that opens, I had to switch to the guild I wanted to put the gold into. I then put 9k something into my wife and I’s guild. Only we have access to the gold. As I put the gold into the guild bank it disappeared from my inventory but instead of appearing in the guild bank it just disappeared.
Now it's my wife's and I's Guild, we are the Guild Leaders and NO one else, but Her and I have access to the gold. So no one took it out. It disappeared before it even went into the guild bank. I reloaded, re-logged, switched characters and my wife logged in and we could not find what happened to it.
It happened on (03/10/2017 between 7:00 and 8:00 pm cst)

Shadowshire✭✭✭✭Are you sure that the software switched to the guild which your wife and you control? Sometimes I have made the error of choosing the wrong guild, or even choosing the same guild that was opened by default.
Use the History feature of the guild that was selected by default when you chose the Guild Bank option presented by the dialog with the banker, to find out whether you accidentally deposited the funds there.
Did you notice any error message in the upper right corner of the display screen when you made that deposit? They don't remain very long, so they are easy to overlook, and there is only a short opportunity to make a screenshot which you can attach to the in-game bug report.
To file a bug report in-game, type the command: /bug into the field for the Chat window and press <Enter>. It will display the Feedback User Interface. Or you can press the <F1> key, then click the Left Mouse Button while the cursor is on the Customer Support icon on the top line, and choose the Feedback option from the menu.

This is a known glitch, I once had 3M disappear because I deposited it into my guild bank while the stupid loading circle in the right hand corner was spinning. Don't EVER make a guild bank deposit while it is loading.0
