FPS Drops Drastically When My Ping Spikes Up

I'm not sure what this is, but since the Homestead Patch, my game has been dropping FPS very badly while my ping is over 100. It's never happened before this patch and I'm not quite sure how to go about trying to fix it. I'm already running on the lowest graphics setting because my PC is already quite trash, and I usually get about 40-70 FPS while at a ping around 60-80. If anyone knows what this issue is or how to fix it I'd appreciate it, thanks!

It's not your fault. And not the graphics setting, I play on high settings. It's veak server. I get average 60 fps outside, inside 100fps, when I see a lot of players it even drops to 20-35fps. And It's kinda hard to see where this all mmo elder scrolls is taking us. I realy love those major parts of elder scrolls, I was playing morrowind all my childhood. Liked oblivion, then Loved skyrim. It's just realy disapointing in a matter of gameplay the FRAMEDROPS. There is no matter what GPU you have, I know dude that has 800eur cost new gpu it runs DirectX12, but frames are similar when it gets crowded in city.

You can't compare fully client-side games with mmo games(generating via a server).
I like Arena, Daggerfall, Morrowind, Oblivion too.

I'm wondering should they put more into Client-side how much better performance it would be. If you run too much from the server everything depends on your country location, internet packet latencies, firewalls, ....

Spike-FPS behaviour is normal as they're connected to each other.
