So I cancelled my ESO Plus membership a while back and it finally lapsed last week. I wasn't going to renew cause I'm trying to not spend a ton of money on video games, but, I came into some extra cash on Wednesday the 8th so I was like, wth, might as well get another 90 day ESO Plus.

Then this morning I wake up and what's in my email? Resub to ESO Plus for 90 days and get a free month... I was like, dang, what are the odds

So I thought to myself, what the heck, I might as well reply and ask for it to be honored anyways not really expecting it to happen. But within an hour or 2 Mykael got back to me with a message saying he has applied the code and added the Crowns to my account, and sure enough, it was there.

That is above and beyond the call customer service imo. My thanks to the ESO Staff, you guys continue to rock.

Nice! I told everyone here, the ESO customer service really has stepped it up 10 fold. Back after back people are reporting their amazing experiences with customer service as of recently, and even including myself. I'm thoroughly impressed at the turn around ZOS has incorporated via CS.

I have seen a lot of people complain about customer service, but my few interactions with them since launch have always been positive interactions... I know that's subjective to only myself. But I'm glad people are noticing an uptick in good community relations, its the glue that holds us together.
