Hi all.

What with homestead dropping and the new master writs, the first writ I managed to get was provisional "jugged rabbits in preserve" on release day on the XBone.

This must be the only recipe I haven't managed to get as I've searched, what feels like, every guild store every week for 3 weeks and still can't get it. I have (I presume) every other recipe. Does it even exist?

I think it came available when wrothgar dropped, nearly 2 years ago. Does that mean that it can only drop in that zone or have I missed something.

Help is needed as my second provisional writ was, you've guessed it "JUGGED RABBITS IN PRESERVE"

Is this the recipes you are required to make for the provisioning crafting writs?

All of these recipes can be purchased from innkeepers (for the foods) and from brewers (for the drinks). These people can be found in taverns.

Go check with the Grocers and the Brewers at the local pub. They sell the recipes needed for writs. unsure if this one is there, i'm not in game right now. But that's the first place i would start.

Chefs have the food recipes if a chef is present, for instance in Belkarth the innkeeper won't have it, the chef over by the big oven provisioning crafting station behind the counter has it.

It is a tristat food CP 150. It does exist as I have it on 4 chars.

Since it is an epic recipe, it can't be bought from NPCs. If I remember correctly, I got it from Imperial City - upon its release you were flooded with the new recipes by looting containers in there.

I would suggest to go there, maybe it has higher drop rates. Although post 1T, this may be equalized to other zone rates as well.

I got a purple recipe that I don't have as well for my first Master Prov. Writ. I found it in guild stores for over 30K gold, but I am not going to buy a 30k recipe to get 2 vouchers. I will wait until I one day get the recipe...

No, it's a Master Writ recipe.

OP: it appears to be hard to find. A friend got this writ and accidentally accepted it on his non-cook. He did spend a good chunk of time looking for it, but with the help of some guildies managed to find it at a guild store.

And then two days later another guildie actually looted the recipe. >_<

Best to just keep looking on the guild stores yes. Recipes can be found randomly in backpacks and other containers. Perhaps a few trips round the Hollow City where everything is free.

If you were on PC the Tamriel Trade centre addon (or even their website) may have been able to help you locate where you might find one.

Yes it exists, but the recipie is purple so you can't buy it from the chefs. Search the guild traders in Craglorn and be prepared to pay 10k or higher.

I bought mine out of a trader for about 15k, but then happened to steal one just a couple weeks ago out of a backpack or dresser (can't remember which) from a house in Anvil (Gold Coast) that I had to trespass to get into. So, yes, they do exist and can be looted from world containers, and might also be a possible reward for daily provisioning writs, as I've been seeing an increase in purple recipes coming as rewards.

I've got the same master writ. I've been looking around for it, and plenty of guild traders have had it, but none for a price I can stomach. Expect to drop 40-60k on it if you do manage to find one.

It exists, and, along with Senche-Tiger Single Malt, was one of two recipes that took me over one year of three max provisioning writs every day to get. Of course I got another Jugged Rabbit in Preserves and two more Senche-Tiger Single Malts within a few weeks afterwards.

It was available via Imperial City but I did a search and many suggest it was added somewhere between Imp City and Orsinium releases...... so perhaps it's easier to see if the tel car vendors have it there. I don't PvP but I do have the recipe so it seems in my travels to do the PvE stuff in Imperial City or maybe it was a trader, I picked it up
