If you pre-order Morrowind (not sure if version matters; I pre-ordered the collectors edition) you actually get a PS4 morrowind theme

There's also some singing in the background, some kind of choir I think.

Plus, if you don't like the pre-order theme, you can take a screenshot of any ESO-themed wallpaper (open on the internet browser app, and go full screen), then use that as your background. The 4.50 firmware update is pretty awesome in that regard. No more horrendous, overpriced PS store themes! I'm sure there are some old Morrowind-themed ESO concept art wallpapers floating around out there. I'll have a look later when I'm on my PC. The only drawback, of course, is that we can't change those horrible folder background colours... If you're a little obsessive-compulsive (like I am), that'll limit you to using blue wallpapers.

As promised, I uploaded a few Morrowind concept art wallpapers (they start towards the bottom of the album, beneath the last tie fighter wallpaper): http://imgur.com/a/fQ7XW

If you open that link via the PS4 browser in full-screen, you can download any images you happen to like by scrolling over them, hovering over the down arrow that appears at the top right corner of the image, and then selecting "download image." Hit x on the image in the new tab if need be to fill your screen, then make sure you drag your cursor off the screen. Take a screen shot, go to to custom themes, select the image, and voila: custom Morrowind wallpaper.
