Quick question.

Can you get legendary (gold) quality jewellery for dungeon and overworld sets such as Overwhelming Surge (Tempest Island), Sun (Stonefalls) etc. ?

If so where do these normally come from, the weekly vendor in Cyrodiil?

Every weekend, 5 pm pst Friday to Sunday night, the Cyrodiil vendor will carry 2-3 pieces of random gold jewelry.

Aside from that, pvp set gold jewelry comes from being in the top 2% of your campaign. Trials drop a gold piece on the final boss in vet mode. Overland and undaunted dungeon sets do not offer gold jewelry drops, but can spawn at the weekend vendor.

Note that some overland sets, like Vipers Sting, did drop gold jewelry before update 12, but no longer do. So you might see some people saying it does. A good measure is to check guild stores for gold jewelry. What's in there is a pretty good list of what all can drop, other than trial sets, which are bind on pickup.

I heard so yes. but only in veteran hardmode. and overland I am not sure.
You can also buy some once a week at the weekend vendor at the cyrodiil basecamp. (different set every weekend)

Does the weekend Cyrodiil vendor have a chance to drop yellow quality pvp jewelry? From the Eagle Eye set, for example?
