ZOS you can't "solve" my tickets

Looking back over all the solved stuff you put on my list over the years. You should not be allowed to "solve" it with one answer. Because your not GOD and the answer you assume is not always the "correct" response. That's like me going in for an oil change and Carlos tells me my car is "fine". I drive out and it blows up. Not "solved". :/

You have to be committed to getting a worthy answer. The first response is always a robot. The 2nd is someone who obviously didn't read the ticket and will ask you to basically repeat what you said in the first place. The 3rd response will inevitably ask you for one piece of information that you forgot to say after response 2 even though you provided it in the beginning. The 4th response will tell you nope, can't do it or submit a bug report. The 5th response fixes the issue or provides the information that you sought after in the first place that was previously not possible to answer or fix.

ZOS... Look at my tickets. Especially the last one that took almost a week of back and forth and I FOUND THE PROBLEM to which you replied (after almost a week) "we are aware of this issue" (see Incident: 170225-004287).

Maybe Carlos was tired of all your complaining. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
