Fishing Achievement

Fishing in every game tends to be highly tedious and rather boring and annoying. Great we can get about 4 perfect roe per 400-500 fish which means not much else to do in game when trying to get an achievement linked to needing a group to make it easier. Would this ever be a consideration to step up the drop rate on rares to get the achievement for those of us who fish solo and aren't really interested in trying to form a group to increase the drop rates? I have spent a week in Stonefalls trying to catch one scum carp and can rarely find people willing to put the effort into fishing since it is a highly undesirable activity in a game. I understand the concept of an MMO is to group up and do things but fishing is hardly something you should need a group effort for and the returns for spending an entire day doing so are so weak that hardly anyone wants to do it for long considering there is so much other stuff that is more interesting.
