As of Homestead, Maw has reverted back to the state it was in for months. It's almost unplayable. The leaderboard shows that only 6 groups have completed the Trial since Homestead was released.
This bug may have been submitted previously, but it's worth submitting over and over again.
Our group last night had 11 crashes before the first boss, and every attempt on the boss saw another 2-4 players crash before reaching the first shield phase at 70%. We gave up.
@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_RichLambert @ZOS_Finn @ZOS_MattFiror @ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_PhilipDraven has anyone acknowledged that the issue exists? Is there anything we, as players, can do to mitigate the MoL issues (e.g., lots of groups suggest turning off combat text, wearing skeleton polymorphs, exiting other applications on XBox, etc.)? Should we expect that it will be fixed relatively soon?
Apologies if I've tagged people I shouldn't have, but this issue is having a large impact on the console raiding community. All vMoL progression groups are basically on hold at this point. We have people losing interest because they don't want to go back and run Craglorn Trials anymore (and FYI, Hel Ra Citadel has reverted to its broken state as well).
I understand that you are all busy and that this is probably an extraordinarily difficult issue to pin down and resolve. But it is
extremely frustrating that the premier PvE content in the game is essentially walled off for console players (I've seen similar bugs submitted on PS4). Please acknowledge that the issue exists and let us know if there's anything we can do to help troubleshoot or mitigate the issue.
Thanks.
