Hello, so I recently figured I'd try out the game again seeing as it has gotten a ton of updates. But I am faced with an issue, I keep clicking the installer I downloaded from your site and it's not working at all, no launcher is appearing at all. I've tried restarting my computer, allowing it through the firewall and AVG and nothing seems to be working.

I am using Windows 10 and my computer is pretty high-end, the internet connection is at 250 / 250

The only thing that happens is that the white box appears, goes to 100% and then nothing happens while it usually should give you a launcher that'll prompt you to login and start downloading the content.

In order to locate the ESO.exe file from it's installation directory, please follow the instructions below:

The client file can be found here:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client

The file is labeled ESO or ESO.exe. Please right click the file and select "Run as Administrator".

Let me know if that helps resolve your issue!

See that's the issue, there's no Zenimax folder anywhere on my computer.

Watch this video. It actually works while official suggestions do not:
