Why even create the game if you don't even respond to your emails with a real person instead of a robot?

My reference number is 170306-003031

I've been trying to get this issue resolved but all I get is an automated response

Is there a real person who I can talk to?

    Support has always been great for me. I have submitted several tickets on guild deposits not depositing into bank properly and lost items for various issues. They always resolved my issue after the automated response .....

    There is always an automated response for the first reply, support is not 24/7. What ever the issue is, respond to the same ticket/email instead of starting a new one .....

    I had issues registering a forum account. The support site isn't / wasn't working, since I couldn't login, thus I couldn't submit a ticket. I emailed the Bethsoft email, and got the automated response, but after replying back with my frustration at lack of engagement (I had also engaged ZOS on Twitter), they took care of my issue. My only complaint is that ZOS never formally replied to my complaints and concerns, but they did address the actual issue, so give them time to reply to you ticket.
