I can not enter any character

Hello!

I dont know why, but i can not enter any character has 2 days ago. my pw is work. repair was succes. any idea, tipps?

    What, specifically, can't you do that stops you from entering your characters? Can you get to the character selection screen? Do you see your characters on the character select screen or are they gone? Can you select them and start loading them, only to get a long loading screen? Are there crashes anywhere in the process? What platform are you on?

    Yes, i see my characters, i can select character, start is loading ,but after i back log in screen, but sometimes I hear voices that are connected to the game, such as branch closes. after nothing only log in screen. all driver are correct. my system is correct.
