Body Markings settings not saving...

My wife and I both purchased the "body markings" from the style parlour - costing us money/crowns. However, whenever you travel zones, the "no body markings" option doesn't save, and our tattoos (which we paid crowns to have removed) are back again. This is HIGHLY annoying and frustrating. We've submitted tickets about this - asking the question "Did you just rob us of our money?"

Can we get a fix for this please?

Yesterday my High Elf was wearing the blood streaked chest thing, and then noticed it would go back to her scar from when I created her, didn't catch then if it was from changing zones or not though. So yes, I believe we are having the same issue.

which kinda makes spending the crowns a little pointless... meaning they really took our money and we didn't get what we paid for.

This same issue has been happening with my facial accessories over at the talon veil and every time I change zones its not there but says its equipped. And I have to re apply it. Very annoying.

This purely a local visual issue. Test it out yourself, when you notice the error, go into your appearance menu and click the missing enhancement. Nothing will happen, now click it again and all will appear right with the world. This is because the enhancement was already applied, test it further by asking anyone in your local vicinity what they see when you can't see the said enhancement locally.

This is a known bug, and there are a few postings about it on these forums.

As far as I've been able to tell, the issue comes with having too many Appearance slots active (i.e. how many of those eyeballs you have under Appearance). On my High Elf for example, if I have more than 6 (or more than 5 if one of those is a hat) cosmetics active, then one gets unequipped when swapping zones. Body markings is always the first to go, if you have one active.
