Why try so hard to not be able to send an email to the Costumer Support.

I would like that ESO succeeds when Morrowind launches, but people that are going to have issues with the game annd would kindly ask the Costumer support something, will go crazy. It literally took me 10 minutes to find out how to send a mail to the costumer support.

Sure you can save money, but every person that has a issue will just go nuts with this kind of Assistant. An option with "Send e-mail" would be really appreciated.

It was easier to FIND THE EMAIL support page via google..... so ye...

    I would settle for an allowance to send an email under a base category and not have to choose a subcategory because most of them are not relevant to the issues you want to send a ticket about.

    I actually provided feedback to customer support once I also finally was able to raise a ticket, about why they 'hide' the ability to contact customer support!

    What customer support? I am unable to find the contact information anywhere. Every time I try to submit a ticket it take multiple trys before it finally works.

    I always wonder. What are some examples of customer support you are seeking?

    I've been playing this game since launch 3 years ago and not once had a need or an urge to contact customer support.

    Just curious.

    To answer your question Graydon:

    My game kept crashing. Turned out the solution was to launch the game and press Ctl+Alt+Del and close the launcher window before you enter your username and password.

    I paid for something and it appeared twice on my card. They fixed it for me.

    I was playing the ‘Retaking Camlorn’ when the quest markers disappeared and the quest didn’t show in my list so effectively I couldn’t finish the quest and gain the achievement. A problem I found was happening several years ago and covered on this forum. They never did answer me on this one.

    Those are the few of the problems I was having that I contacted customer support for. There were others that went unanswered so I discontinued my ESO Plus subscription.

    I only had to contact them twice on xbox, if you go under help I believe it say contact. But I had a quest that glitched and their response was to drop it and pick it up again. The second one is was stuck in loading to wrothgar and the had to pull me out.

    I agree wholeheartedly! Had an issue with my initial ESO+ subscription not going active on my account and it took forever to just be able to email ZoS, followed by days of unresponsiveness. Phone service, if you're lucky enough to find their phone number, proved to also be very unhelpful.

    This one was not aware that "costumes" had support assistants. Perhaps it's in the same building as Customer Support.
