Can any moderator drop me a PM? I have 2 issues to solve and apparantly I cannot contact customer because I could not log in with my account even though the password is correct?! What is this going on. The reason why I need to log in to contact CS is because I am having direct X error out of a sudden, where I was able to play smoothly for the past couple months. Please do not tell me to request change password or give me those simple protocol procedures that even I can do it myself. Looking forward to hearing from one of you soon
