Yes. Also with training gear, pledge of Mara, etc. What might not work is stacking the two different xp potions / scrolls at the same time.

That's correct, you can't stack potions and scrolls. I learned the hard way after someone advertised that you could in zone chat, I bought a few psijiic ambrosias and it was then I realized you could not!
