Highest weapon damage and spell

I gave up on the 30k dps dream, my target skeleton will never ever show 30k for me, I made peace and accepted that its not possible. I get from 12k to 16k dps and I really can not see how to raise that times 2, as I am basically maxed out on everything. I got 260plus skill points , yes I have almost every passive there is expect for crafting and non used skill lines. Currently on cp 635, only 2 purple armor rest gold, gold rings and necklace and gold weapons.
So being solo and attacking that skeleton I will never get 30k. All I can think of is that maybe in group with all buffs up it might be higher. As I'm using infallible aether I do not know if the 5% more damage works on dummy skeletons, still not going to get 30k dam.
Those who get 30k like they say they do, please come and show me how!

What platform and server are you on? ps4 EU pls?
if not I can message you how I do it. but there are a lot of guides out there on youtube etc.

and moondancer and IA work on dummy. willpower will give more damage on the dummy but I believe in a longer fight IA or moondancer will do more damage. so if you want a more accurate result you should use moondancer or IA.

2 numbers? Did you pause so the whole fight is execute damage? I can do that on my stamplar and hit 50k -_-

the first number is me light attacking to get my ulti back. the dummy most of the times has around 94-95% hp when I start since I light attack him to get my ulti. No cheats here .

Oh lmao I didn't know ulti builded up for 8 seconds. I always thought I get 3 ulti every light attack so I just kept shooting fire balls lol. Learn something new everyday right?

Many rotations space out light attacks to every 5-8 seconds or some crap for this reason alone.

Erring on the side of 'no cheating' you're massively crippling your dps if you're spamming light attacks to build ult in a fight, or not using any light attacks to build ult/proc bsw.

More editing:

If you're trying to proc kena you're wasting too much dps on light attacks. You need to find abilities that don't interrupt the rotation to proc it.

I use kena in dungeons because the overall boost to all my skills knocks veli cleae out of the water. If I need ultra high surviability I'll go 2h/bow. Bow bar being my dps bar, because of crit passives/damage multipliers. If I weave jabs like: jabs, light attack, jabs, light attack I can keep kena procced with 100% uptime.

If going my usual setup with dw/bow I'll proc from my bow bar by casting endless hail, block cancel, light attack+poison inject followe by an immediate bar swap. I can choose to proc kena or not by either using a skill or a light attack. If I light attack kena still procs even though I totally used a skill in between. Infact some skills are ignored:

I can do this: barrage/block light atk+poison arrow vigor/barswap light attack (kena procs after 2 skills)

I don't spam light attack in the midde of the fight -_- I light attack the dummy to get my ult. then lose aggro then pop my potion use ulti and do my usual rotation.

thats why you see the first 29 seconds of 4k dps is me spamming light attacks to get my ulti up.

I use medium attacks instead of light attacks. I know I should use light attacks but I am not comfortable with this yet. I am still trying to improve my dps.

but thanks you for the ulti gain tip with light attacks might put some in the rotation I use now for more ulti thanks.

Yeh, alot of people fkrget that it;s not quite the critical attacks themselves that make crit important. Sure ur hits are good with 5k weapon damage. But it's all about that ploxy ass crit damage multiplier. So high crit is more important, because with bufs like trap beast and warhorn you're hitting like you got 80k max stam and 8k weapon dmg instead of hitting like you got 33k max stam and 5k weapon dmg.

Edit: I see where it days 29 seconds, again I may be wrong but given the popularity of rigging these things it still seems fishy.

That was new to me to. have been trying to get light attacks in between the DoT on back bar using animation canceling.
thinking it was the reason why laying down all the dot did not help my dps significant over just spamming sweeps with light attack on the dummy.
On the other hand the light attack themselves do damage.

I got you. Yeh a high dmg stamplar build gets to only jab about 3x per rotation. It's the dots and templar passives that get all the credit. Jabs hit hard and in some situations it's a dps gain to spam alot more jabs, because they do hit really hard. Generally though in most boss fights that isn't the case.
