...that the fact that the blade of woe execution causes you to be detected and thus lose time in heists to be COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS.
Who detected you? The guy who was SURPRISE EXECUTED. If I can surprise execute NPCs without garnering a bounty, it's because I wasn't detected while doing it. So why would surprise executing someone in a heist be treated any differently?
