At the completion of the update download this afternoon, I received an error that some files were locked. The updater scanned my files and then downloaded 8gig worth of files. At the competion of this, the "some files are locked" message displayed again. This time I rebooted my computer and started the launcher once again. The patch seemed to download and install without issue after the reboot. Now though when I login, I am presented with the "artwork" screen with the circling creatures in the lower right corner. The first time I waited about 10 minutes and received a message that I was logged out due to inactivity.
Is there some way I can tell the launcher to rescan the files again to see if something is corrupted?

Nerdman9✭✭Same thing happened to me. I sent in a ticket and am still waiting to hear back. I hope there's a fix soon.0

✭What I had to do was relog, repair eso, relog again, then everything worked fine.
But, for about 2 hours the anger was building.
