Is there an achievement if you buy all homes?

Do yall know if there is an achievement for this?

There isn't an achievement for owning all of them.

You get 1 achievement (and title) for owning each of the notable homes, plus a 4th achievement and title for owning all 3. Then there's an achievement for owning any 5 'staple' homes (apartments and small homes), and one for owning any 5 'classic' (medium and large) homes.

So the cheapest way to get all of the achievements would be to buy the 3 apartments and 2 small homes, 5 medium homes and the 3 notable homes.

(Also you can see all the achievements, including ones you haven't completed yet, in your journal. As far as I know this game doesn't have any hidden achievements so if something isn't listed there isn't an achievement for it.)

There's a super secret hidden achievement for owning all of them. It's called "Land Baron" and it may only exist in my head, but I'm slowly working towards it

Owning all of them would definitely be an achievement. But there isn't an achievement for it.

(Phrases like that make me think Sony had the right idea by calling them trophies.)

I'm surprised that they didn't add Xbox achievements with all the new contents.

I don't think there could be an achievement like this because they will continue adding new homes over time. This is why there is not one for learning all the food recipes etc.
