[Input Wanted] What to do about that Vampire Ultimate... decisions, decisions...

So, I have had my Main Magicka Templar as a Vampire for quite some time. Since 1-2 weeks after the game released on Consoles to be more exact.
But; as with all things, I need a change. As much as I love my Vampires, I think his time as a member of the undead is coming to a close. My issue though, is that Bat Swarm (the Vampire Ultimate) is just so good...
I don't use the teleport Morph, I use the Healing one. I fire that thing off in a battle, and my Health/Healing hits an extra gear, it's one of those AoE attacks that just makes *** melt around me, and it charges up again at a very nice rate that I cannot complain about.
I've toggled between Vampire and being cured for a couple of weeks now, and I always keep going back to the ranks of the unliving.
I just can't find an Ultimate that compares to it in a pinch (when an Ultimate is actually needed).
The Aetherial Spear Ultimate is weak enough that it's like my Templar is flailing a weak pool noodle around over his head, and doesn't have the Healing.
Nova makes everything melt, but it takes so damn long to charge that it's just not feasible in any real necessity situations.
And the Healing Skill line Ultimate just doesn't cut the mustard in a frantic battle situation.
I've got the ability to change my Radiant Destruction Morph to the Healing Morph, but that just isn't the same.
I just can't seem to find another Ultimate anywhere near as good as Bat Swarm for the build that I have.
Anyone else in this conundrum?
This isn't a complaint thread. Not in any way. Just an interesting conundrum I find myself in. My Templar survives very well as a normal Dunmer Magicka Templar, but every time I cure his Vampirism, I find myself really missing the utility of Bat Swarm and end up getting bitten again after a few hours. lol
I want to hear your thoughts on it. Discuss, please.

✭✭You use devouring swarm usually to avoid dying when you are getting attacked by a lot of people, right?
One hand and shield ultimate also helps in this situation.0 -

✭✭Eye of noskill/Elemental Rage helps with sustain and deals a lot of damage. As a templar your hps is already over the top.Profanity filter is a crime against the freedom of speech. Also gags.0 -

Get cured, get bored and go get bitten again, then get bored with Vamp and go get cured.
Wash, rinse, repeat.
