✭I'm not aware of any event, but even still, I would decline. So far, I am not enjoying this DLC because it's ticking me off.
I've yet to get in and out of any area undetected thanks to other players who have guards/people chasing them and they spot me, adding a bounty.

Try wearing medium armor, with the armor line passive.

if sneaking is proving too annoying. The set bonuses stack with each other, the medium armor passive, and the Stealthy racial trait as well. Have yet to see how the Thieves Guild Veil of shadows passive works with them.
(Currently have a khajiit that can stand 1 foot in front of someone and not be seen, I can actually walk against npc's backsides and not be detected.)0 -
