The news on the launcher when I started it up 2 minutes ago is 5 days old. FIVE DAYS OLD! We had a crash this weekend, there's an update downloading and the news is FIVE DAYS OLD! This is why my confidence is waning. This is why I am unwilling to advance purchase Morrowind. This is why Im going to let my sub run out. If you cant even keep the news updated, I'm not confident you cant fix what's wrong. A couple of words about the crash, a link to the patch notes; something; ANYTHING, would be appropriate. Im sure you keep your shareholders informed so why is it so hard to keep your paying customers informed?

And that's the point. It's really not that hard. If it's marketing, then why label it *news*? News is for keeping you informed.
