There have been different datamined that have shown formulas, we have alchemy resin, where do I find the plans (formula)?

✭The same place you find Blueprints, Patterns, Diagrams, etc. Just keep checking containers. Formulae in particular seem to be among the rarest plans... possibly because there are simply far fewer of them to find than there are of, say, Blueprints. Formulae seem to be exclusive to things that are predominantly glass (at least, that's true of the two I've found so far), so there aren't really that many plans for those compared to the more common wood, metal, and cloth furniture pieces.
Just keep checking containers. You'll find them.

✭Ok thanks for the info, I thought maybe I wasn't looking in the right spots. I had started stealing alchemy bottles, but those drop decorative wax every once in a while.0 -

I've been wondering this too. Have looted hundreds of housing plans but found no alchemy ones...0 -
