Connection Issues Still

I am still having troubles even after closing and restarting client multiple times on the NA server. I get the "unable to load messages" instead of the news, and then I can't log in. Close it all up, restart it, nope. Several times. Thanks for looking into it, but it's definitely still an issue.

Correction, I guess it's "unable to retrieve announcements," but you got the gist.

I have been getting the same thing for the last 30 minutes. I have restarted my launcher multiple times.

I've also followed their stupid (non helpful) instructions and reset DNS on my end and everything. This is game is about to crash and burn, and I'm 2 seconds away from pulling my sub. Tired of not being able to play.

Absolutely, rebooted PC, reset DNS, tried new DNS servers (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 if you care) everything else working, can log into EU just fine, cannot log into NA. Get the attached error. Don't seem to have a session with game servers, announcements do not come up either.

Have not been able to log in to NA for about 24 hours now.

Exact same problem. Flushed dns, quit client, sat around for awhile. Log in to start screen no prob...except no announcements. And it won't let me in.

I've tried everything and my normal connection still doesn't work, but I've been using a free VPN client and it works great.

I was playing just fine most of the evening and night after having connection issues earlier in the day. Just a few minutes ago I was disconnected, it said for being idle, but I hadn't been idle long enough to be kicked. Now I can't reconnect. Error 200, could not retrieve announcements. These connection issues over the past couple days are becoming frustrating, to say the least.

Yeah, "reboot your client." 1) not working for a good chunk of players and 2) not a real solution, guys. More like a band-aid that keeps falling off.

Wasted way too many hours of my Sunday trying all the different suggestions to get NA to work

Perhaps, we can get the option to character transfer our NA characters to EU ---- WITH ALL of our Crown purchases, Champion Points and Achievements!!!!) since that server seems to be working fine.

Why, after all the issues that occurred this weekend, is the NA Megaserver still having connection issues? After the maintenance today both the EU and PTS Megaservers announcements populate immediately and I can login to either without issue. However with the NA Megaserver the announcements are still not populating indicating a connection issue which is verified by the inability to login.

I would think with everything that has happened over the past three days with connectivity on the NA Megaserver this would have been addressed.

I was able to get into but crazy ping spikes and just an overall *** game experience are still present. How the hell can they have such terrible server quality. I've been playing for around 9 months and 90% of my in-game time has been sub-optimal.


Ridiculous how much better this game would be if they could just figure their networking out.

I'd just like some news to the effect that it's being worked on and not that they think it's fine to do this work around.
