Lost skill progress after the skill line reordering in a recent update

I've just reset my morphs for the first time since with one of the recent updates the skill lines were reordered and I have lost my progress on the basic skill of Two-handed #3, Bow #5.
What is up with that?

Therwind✭✭✭Happened to me on Xbox. Reset all skills. I had to re level poison arrow up until its morph. I morphed it to max level.0
