Nah it seems to only be affecting certain people. You're one of the lucky ones in a region that currently can't connect to the servers and hasn't been able to for some time. No solid workaround as of yet, and according to the banner above, ZoS is unaware that the issue was not resolved yesterday.

I have been in for a little while. Just got kicked out and can't get back in.

I was also able to finally break through and log on once earlier. Got kicked and haven't been able to reconnect since. Error 200, we're just not connecting to the servers in my area.
