Another way to bypass error 200?

Crashed out in Cyridiil just now and the ol renaming of ProgramData method doesn't work anymore to bypass error 200. Any other known ways? Also, lol, that banner at the top of the forums doesn't really set my mind at ease.

    The only thing i have found that has worked for me is using a VPN to change my IP. I really dont like doing shady stuff like that, but it really sucks to be paying for a subscription to a game you cant play do to issues outside your control.

    Oh wow, no kidding. I'll probably just hang it up today and try back tomorrow. Definitely seems to be some sort of routing issue with DNS zones or something. That banner though...kinda pisses me off.
