Im unable to log in to this game after almost 24 hours,.
Will I ever have access to this game??
If im unable to get access to this game ever, will I get my money back from the morrowind preorder?

What exactly do you guys think we've been doing for the last day? Nothing is working, and ignoring the issue won't make it go away. Do a proper maintenance run for at least 8 hours until you fix this damned mess.

Their banners are rubbish. They keep saying they fixed it, and people are still raging in mass on these forums. Something is clearly wrong and just ignoring the issue won't solve it. It will result in a mass exodus of ESO players.

Open Zos file in Program Files/ Launcher/ rename Program Data file to Program Data Backup.
Close. Open your launcher, let it up date. Close launcher again , then reopen, then try fully loging in .1 -

Rohamad, I did this and it didn't work. I think this issue is with their load server and the fact that a lot of players are trying to get in at the same time is making matters worse.
All my friends that had the same issue as me did this on got in but many did it wrong the first time and did not realize in makes a new Program Data file every time they did it and they had to rename the new file created and make sure they closed the launcher completely after the application update . It took me two tries as well . After they repeated the steps exactly all five of them are now able to log in . Just double check you did it exactly is my advice .0 -

I go try, but i need find this files, u can post a 'exemple'? Cxxx/program files/xxx (can make a exemple?)
On window 10 you go toy My PC then Program Files (the second program files with the number next to it) then the Zennimax Folder . You will see a folder inside called Launcher , open that . That's where you rename the file called Program Data to Program Data Backup . After you do that close all folders . Now open the launcher and let it update but don't play the game yet . After the applications update , close the launcher completely . Now reopen the launcher and sign in .Edited by Rohamad_Ali on March 5, 2017 6:31PM0
