I usually stand by ZOS when it comes to the design of this game, as it really is probably the best MMO i've played, but I have to agree with the OP. ZOS really is quite incompetent when it comes to server/hardware management and maintenance. Like, really bad.

Whats so hard about saying: look, we got some ongoing issues, we could shut them down for a while or we could make changes step by step. We're expecting it to take x amount of time, we soz but things will improve.

How ploxy would that be?
