The game is amazing, no doubt about it.

But when a patch makes me go from 60 fps everywhere to 20 fps everywhere on the exact same settings it can't get higher than 8, which is probably a bit on the high side when thinking of all the technical issues it has.

1. balance has much to be desired.
2. RNG making up 9/10 of endgame gear because of the somewhat high rate of redundant traits (prosp+training.)
3. many of the item sets are barely even touched (refer to point 1) and if they are you are gimping yourself.
4. intentional exploiters dont get punished, how can you respect a dev team that allows such things?
5. people aren't even afraid to exploit nor even worry about being punished.
6. Cyrodiil still consists of mindlessly rushing from point to point killing everything after 3 years.

Hey, I love the current trading system and at this time I have 204 coins to my name. In games with one universal market or auction house there are many problems. I will name 2 I can think of right now. First there would be a lot more lag as everyone and their brother's uncle would be there. They could add more ways to check it, such as any banker so this problem isn't as big. The second is, you will never ever be able to find a good deal or any thing at that you need that's important, like hemmings honing stones etc. Those billionaires you are talking about would snipe every deal and start a monopoly. The current implementation is really awesome cause there's so many shops everywhere each with a different set of items. I used to always buy in rawlkha and eldenroot but lately been cruising out to the country because there are better deals usually. Since other people just camp those towns already. Since I noticed TTC addon and it's spreading more it is already simulating a similar problem to a universal market place but not much can be done and I do confess I used its website on occasion.

Anyway, my point is that I love the way player market's work in this game and I hope it never changes.

I love the early game, 1-50. The main quest, visuals, are great. I'd give that part an 8.5

After that though, it falls apart. Massive grinding appears to be the end-game. Either grind, or prepare to be kicked from dungeon groups.

Crafting is weak and unnecessary, no auction house, dropped items are better than crafted.

Extremely limited gameplay, with few skills available.

P2NP (pay to not play) all over the place. Buy your way to the end instead of playing. Add gambling crates. For realz?!?

Unfixable problems, like lag, broken skills, etc, that they don't seem able to fix.

Nothing is perfect, so I cannot give it 10. If it were, there would be no room for improvement and nothing left to strive for.

I like the variety of things that one can do, be it questing, dungeon delving, harvesting, crafting, fishing, trialling, treasure hunting or home decorating. There is something to keep me engrossed however the mood takes me. I can go my own way and play solo, or join up with friends or Guildies, for group events.

Yes, there are problems and issues, that should have been resolved a long time ago, but I do not let them overcome me. If there is lag in Reaper's March, I go elsewhere (no pun intended) for an outing. Part of the fun is working around these problems. I pick up my daily pledges every day but I do not complete them until the next day. That way I do not run into the hords of people all in the same area. It is lovely to solo Dolmens and sometimes have just one or two people join you.

I am confident that ZOS will keep adding to every aspect of the game, to enable it to grow from strength to strength.
