I'm new to ESO and recently signed up for a 3 mo account. I've been trying to log in for several hours now with no luck and am wondering if I will get a 1 day credit..my play time for the day is coming to an end so its now or not at all today. The other MMO's I play will do this...will Zenimax?

We never do. It would be a nice gesture to be tossed some crowns or even extend subs by a day, but it's just not something that ZOS has done lately. I think back near the beginning, we got a few days extension for some sort of downtime, but since then? Nope.

I believe it says right in the agreement that there will be down times so no. It happens. It wasn't down for a whole day anyway.

During that Steam issue all you had to do was launch from the game folder and it worked, at least for myself and anyone I know.

They are certainly not required to give any compensation at all. Wouldn't it be some great PR if they chose to give a little something as a thanks for being patient?
