When separate DK character activates Igneous Weapons it removes Power Surge animation on Sorcerer

When a DK member of a group casts Igneous Weapons in a dungeon or overland location, the animation of Power Surge gets removed from my high elf sorcerer. The actual effect of Power Surge seems to remain active but this is makes it difficult to keep track of the buff, especially since this is on Xbox One (NA server). First noticed this in City of Ash 1 but it continues to happen regardless of location. Please fix!
