Skill Reset - Bug?

I reset my skill points this morning via the Shrine. During re-allocation I noticed that skills I have been using for a long time are now not able to be morphed. Specifically,

Pre-Reset:

1. Bound Armaments IV (Daedric Summoning)
2. Blood Craze IV (DW)

Post-Reset:

1. Bound Armor III
2. Twin Slashes III

Has this happened to anyone else? I submitted a ticket so hopefully they will restore them back to their original levels.

Yeah you need to relevel all those skills. Don't worry they are still at rank IV after you morph them again.

please read patch notes. they changed the order of a lot of the skills and that lead to some skills not being leveled up as far as what they were previously- a skill that was unlocked at rank 4 before may not be unlocked until rank 8 now.

Umm, not sure what you are saying. These skills were post morph rank IV after the patch. I just respec'ed via the Shrine this morning and they are now not able to be morphed. Think you should read the initial post before flaming someone.

They re-orderd the skills, They're further down in the tree now and have more xp requirements then they had before. You'll just have to level them some more before morphing them again. But at least the morphed skills keep their xp gained.

Same thing happened to me, problem is I have since leveled Poison Arrow to Injection post patch, reset again and it's back to level one so it's not just the Exp thing... this is clearly a bug.

Same skills mentioned above but also with Poison Arrow/Injection
