The Assassin personality Blade of Woe bug

The Assassin personality is, annoyingly enough, still bugged. The blade of Woe, when it comes to the three emotes the personality replaces, disappears whenever it gets pulled out. It's a minor annoyance, i know, but considering this IS an Elder Scrolls title, I'd like to think that we could get functioning, bug free personalities for at least an ounce of RP value. I'm on the EU megaserver on PC, but i believe this is the problem for both the megaservers on all platforms. Thank you for your time.
