Please do not use Phoneix armor until it fixed again. I reported myself twice yesterday. I want fair play. I will not use Phoneix armor until it fixed. Lucky my incident not occurred in Cyrodiil. But first time happened in dungeon with friends. At Vet Dark shade Cavern. I hardly do dungeons. . I might or might not get banned. But it broken. Please fix old Phoneix bug that came back in Update 13.
