PS4 Pro Fan Changes Speed alot in Dungeons

Hey all
Im new to the game bern playing for a week so far lots of fun!
Only thing ive noticed is every once in a while usually in dungeons and such i can hear the fan of my ps4 pro change speed its not loud but it sounds like the fan is going up and down and up and down and up i know when it gets hot it spis faster then cools down thats normal but mine it can litterly apin fast one second then second later its back then then second later back up etc..
Is this normal btw anyone notice the fluctuating??

✭✭That happens when you're around a lot of special effects.
It happens to my PS4 (regular) on:- Banished Cells 2 (Daedroth Boss)
- Elden Hollow 2 (Last Boss)
- City of Ash 1 (Infernal, Warden, and Flame Atronach Boss)
- City of Ash 2 (Last Boss)
- Crypt of Hearts 1 (Last Boss)
- Sanctum Ophidia (Add Pulls)
