Health is not sometimes recovertd to maximum in Cyrodiil, probably the health increase of food buff is not added to health.

After the One Tamriel "update", I discovered -- and reported (via the in-game <F1> Feedback) -- that the Combat Recap reported that my PC was being killed upon receiving 19,000 damage instead of Max Health 25,000 because the 6,000 added to Maximum Health by the food buff was being ignored. ZOS did not fix it in the next patch and I sent an in-game reminder.
