Spell Wall blocking

I was wondering, does the 1H&S ultimate count as regular blocking? As in able to proc something like Twin Sisters: "When you block an attack, you have a 20% chance to cause all enemies within 5 meters of you to bleed for 8820 Physical Damage over 8 seconds. This effect can occur once every 8 seconds."

It does, so far as I know. I've been using spell wall for a good time now, and it procs my hist bark set frequently (sometime when I don't want it to). I realize the post is titled "Spell Wall", but noticed you simply inquired about the 1H&S ult. I'm not quite sure if you simply meant "Shield Wall" (the base version), or the morph by itself. Nonetheless, I'd figure it'll proc on the base and other morph (Shield Discipline), since there's nothing specifically in any of them that says they won't.
