hopefully they will have no problem in helping you through this transitional period as you look to achieve a greater sense of being - through the acquisition of maximum eso champion points...

They do the bold part each time an update increases the CP cap. That's the nature of the formula used for the CP catchup mechanism. If the cap increases then the earlier CPs become quicker to earn than they were before. Between that and enlightenment, you can get to decent amounts of CP in a very reasonable amount of time.
