Starting setup

So I just reached cp 160 and I need a gear setup up for my mag sorc. What is a good PVE setup ( crafted gear only ) that I can use tell I can some decent gear from dungeons? Also, please say the number of pieces of each set ( ex: 5 piece set A, 2 piece set B ). Thanks for the feedback!

For crafted only, I'd say that Julianos is your best bet for all around decent gear until you can get something like burning spellweave. Obviously you'd want to wear the 5 piece, otherwise there is no point in it.

Unless you have rich friends, setting yourself up with crafted gear as a fresh-faced CP 160 can be shockingly expensive.

It takes about 160 of each crafting material to make each piece of armour. The cost of that adds up.

A much cheaper alternative is buying or farming open world sets. You don't get to choose the gear's style but if this is just temporary equipment to get you started on dungeons where you hope to find better, you might want to at least consider it.

Honestly OP I would recommend this setup if you REALLY want to use crafted gear too...

Keep in mind crafted = more expensive & less dps

2 Ilambris OR 2 Grothdar ( monster helms & shoulders )
5 Julianos ( clothing )
5 Burning Spellweave ( 3 jewellery and 2 swords and 1 staff )

Personally I wouldn't use the julianos I'd go for another set and rather have the BSW set as my main clothes and opt for say Moondancer? (but that's a more advanced / harder to get set)

If you're on pc eu I could make it for you, for free. When i craft a starting set for someone, I make 5 pieces from julianos, and the rest in Magnus. This way you'll have decent enough stats to start farming your final build.
