Anyone know the average conversion rates for Tel Var to gold and AP to gold? PC NA.

The best way to gauge this would be to look at some of the items which are exclusive to these currencies and see what they're selling for. Head to the main trade locations on your server and check the guild stores for those items (sorting by cheapest).
